Recent schemes have included permissions for a specialist, five storey warehouse in north London for the storage of art; an employment park of over 18,000sqm in Braintree; an extension for CPI publishers in Chatham; a new manufacturing facility for Unilever, and an employment development with warehouses, light industrial units and office space of approximately 21,500sqm in Bedford.
